This is a pleasant 24 year old woman who desired an extreme increase in volume for her breasts. The patient is 5"2 and weighs 98 lbs and she presented with a B cup and she desired a D cup. During her consultation, the placement of the implants was discussed with the patient and the decision was made to place the implant submuscularly. This patient has no history of pregnancies or breast feeding, but decided to go with this cosmetic procedure for aesthetic and had a beautiful result. In our Barrington Surgical Suite, the patient came in for her procedure enthusiastic and her procedure went as planned with no complications. 475 cc Smooth Round, High Profile implants were placed and the incisions healed well, leaving the patient very happy with her result. Less than one month after the procedure the patient denied any pain in her breasts and bruising completely subsided.
