Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 32

This is a pleasant 34-year old mother of four children who came to Dr. Burke with concerns about the appearance of her breasts after her pregnancies. As a mother of two herself, Dr. Burke was able to understand the patient's concerns on a personal level, allowing her to create a personal bond with the patient understood only from mother-to-mother. The patient desired a continuous, round shape for her breasts and a large increase in projection. Voicing these priorities to Dr. Burke, her questions were answered and the various implant options were discussed at her consultation. She was comforted in the staff's extensive knowledge and experience with breast implants, and booked her surgery shortly after her consultation. The surgery was performed in our Barrington surgical suite, and 615 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Smooth, Round Extra Projection breast implants were placed. The patient experienced swelling post surgically, but after one month saw extreme improvement in the settlement of her implants, denying any pain or bruising. As the implants settled, the patient remained under the attentive and detailed care of Dr. Renee Burke and staff, and was able to enjoy her complete result after three months post-op. Having had her surgery done in the Winter season, the patient is ready to show off her beautiful result for the coming Spring and Summer months.
