Reshaping the thighs with exercise or weight loss alone can be a struggle particularly if you have lost a significant amount of weight and wish to reduce excess sagging skin. To reshape loose skin and sculpt areas of excess fat in the inner and outer thighs, Dr. Burke may recommend a thigh lift, with or without liposuction.

What to Expect From Thigh Lift Surgery
Dr. Burke addresses the outer thigh through an incision from the natural lower crease of the buttocks extending forward. A location that is hidden under a modest bikini brief. Treating the inner thigh requires an incision in the groin area that may extend downward. If liposuction is involved, this can be accomplished without additional incisions. Thigh lift surgery is generally outpatient, under general anesthesia; a thigh lift may require an overnight stay when combined with other procedures.
As a double board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Burke uses the latest techniques and technology to bring your vision to life. Her artistic eye and years of experience produce stunning results that enhance your natural beauty.
Thigh Lift Surgery Recovery
Recovery depends on the extent of your procedure. Light activity can be done the day after your surgery; a return to more normal activity may take 2-3 weeks. A compression garment may be recommended during your recovery to help reduce fluid retention and shape your new curves. Results can be long-term, but weight loss/gain or pregnancy may alter your new appearance.
Designed by the nation’s leading plastic surgeons, PatientFi allows you to pay for your treatment through flexible monthly payment plans customized to fit your budget. Checking your rate won't hurt your credit score. Find out your monthly payment today!
